The house begins with the site

Orientation, terrain and light set the plan long before any material is named.

We start from what the plot gives us: where the sun lands in February, where the wind comes from, what the neighbours see. The volume follows. Structural, electrical and mechanical drawings are coordinated in-house, and we carry the set through permitting so nothing is drawn twice.
