Design is emotion, light and harmony - everything that elevates the person who uses it.
I am Kalin Blagov, architect and interior designer, and founder of the studio. I work across three directions — architectural design, interior design and concept design — and every project stays with the same hands from the first sketch to the day of handover.
Light before material
Volume, orientation and daylight are settled before a single surface is chosen. A room that works in plan and in light needs very little afterwards, and a room that does not cannot be rescued by finishes.
One studio, from first sketch to handover
The number of live projects is kept deliberately low, so every drawing, every site visit and every decision stays with the same hands. You speak to the person designing your house, not to an account manager.
Built to be lived in, not photographed
Technical drawings, joinery details and site supervision are part of the work, not an extra. The value of a project shows in the years after handover — in how the doors close, how the stone wears, how the light moves through the rooms in winter.
